Crook County Future Natural Resource Leaders attend Live in the Woods Show

Forestry Class

“Lots of fun and learning was had by Crook County Future Natural Resource Leaders (FNRL) this past Thursday at the Live in the Woods show. Students had the opportunity to get up close and personal with the newest and coolest equipment, practices and professionals of the timber industry! I think the two favorite demos were the cable logging (thanks to the amazing OSU students) and the tethered logging. A big thank you to the Oregon Logging Congress, Oregon Forest Resource Institute and all the rest who made this experience possible!” — Lisa Keown,
