On Tuesday, Nov. 19, Facebook and Crook County School District will partner to offer a workshop for parents to explore digital safety and address concerns surrounding how to raise children in a connected world. The event will feature discussion-based, parent-to-child discussions on topics like password security and safe websites.
Facebook’s Digital Families Community Events give parents access to resources, answers to questions about online safety and digital citizenship, information to help facilitate discussions at home, and the tools to create an action plan for the future. Attendees will receive online resources and tools to continue the conversation at home and in our community.
