Kindergartners Visit Dinosaur Museums Around the World

Crooked River Elementary kindergartners in Ms. Bryant’s class visited dinosaur museums around the world this week as they prepare to open their own dinosaur museum. With a little help from the technology department and virtual reality goggles from a Facebook grant, the young paleontologists toured museums in places like Madrid, Brussels, Berlin, and Chicago to get ideas for their project. As part of their dinosaur storyline, the kindergartners had to research what they would need to do to become a paleontologist. They learned that they first have to graduate from high school and then go on to college. They then developed their biographies for their character paleontologist. They get to wear character name tags whenever they work as paleontologists.
