Parent Responsibilites

Parents are responsible for the safety of the students until they board the bus. Parents are encouraged to escort their children to the bus stop,  especially along busy roadways.

Parents of kindergarten students are REQUIRED to meet them at their bus stop at the end of the school day.   The student may get off with an older sibling with written permission from the parent.   For student SAFETY,  your child is only permitted to ride the bus that he/she is assigned and use only one bus stop.

DO NOT DETAIN THE SCHOOL BUS AT A BUS STOP.  If you wish to speak to the driver, send a note with your child that has a telephone number where you can be reached.  The driver will call you after he/she has completed his/her route.

If the transportation privilege of a student is suspended, it will be from ALL buses. The parent/guardian is responsible for transporting the student to and from school.
