Ochoco Fee Payment

PaySchools logoClick here to pay your student’s cafeteria and activity fees online using PaySchools.

See below for specific instructions.

Note: Cafeteria deposit information is independent from the other payment opportunities offered.

And please remember: PaySchools payments do not post to the student cafeteria accounts until the next school day. Payments made after 10:00 pm Pacific time (midnight Central time) will be delayed an additional day.

 


 

New Account Instructions

  1. Start at the PaySchools login page.
  2. Click the “Your Students” button at the left.
  3. Click on link for first time user to register your parent information and click Register Now when finished. (Student ID is required, no space in names; hyphenate if 2 last names.)
  4. If you don’t know your student’s ID, call the school secretary or Diana Rice at the District Office, 541-416-9966.
  5.  You will be returned to the prior screen.
  6.  Select Ochoco School again.
  7. This time, click on Add to Cart on the right side of screen.
  8. Enter amount you wish to pay and check out
  9. The first time, complete student info, including 6-digit ID# (very important).
  10. Continue to payment method.
  11. Choose and complete payment info.
  12. Sign out in left margin, or on link provided at bottom.

 

Update Profile Instructions

Grade and School must be updated each year. Note: Cafeteria deposit information is independent from the other payment opportunities offered. You will need to update both areas if you use them both.

  1. Start at the PaySchools login page. (Enter your username and password. Click Login.)
  2. Click “edit” beside the student name.
  3. Enter the current information, and click “Update Student Information”
  4. Click “Sign Out” when finished. (This will save your information.)
